Information entered into outofstatecollegefairs.org registration forms is captured by StriveScan.com and MailChimp.com manages our mailing lists.
How we use the information we collect
Registration data, specifically college or university name, and programs of interest may be exported by csv. file to produce signage, fair brochures and to inform high schools regarding which colleges plan to attend the fairs. Contact information for representatives that register to attend our fairs may be exported from Mail Chimp for use in future email college fair announcements (campaigns).
Information we Share
We do not sell or otherwise share your contact information with anyone.
Partners & Integrations
- Out-of-State College Fairs, aka “COSI College Fairs”, partners with StriveScan to offer student scanning services. College/University names will be shared with StriveScan.
- Out-of-State College Fairs, aka “COSI College Fairs”, connects registration/sales information from the StriveScan payment system.
- Out-of-State College Fairs, aka “COSI College Fairs”, utilizes Mail Chimp for opting-in to our event marketing.
- Out-of-State College Fairs, aka “COSI College Fairs”, utilizes Mail Chimp for email marketing campaigns.
Data Retention
Registration and contact information data is retained by Mail Chimp. If it becomes necessary to export representative names, emails and/or cell phone numbers from Mail Chimp for business purposes, the data will be stored on a password-protected hard drive of a College Compass LLC computer.
