W.U.E. or the Western Undergraduate Exchange provides a way for California students to receive college tuition discounts in 14 Western States. Students pay approximately 150% of in-state tuition costs at more than 150 colleges in the Western states.

Regional Admission Counselors of California
The Regional Admission Counselors of California (RACC) is composed of college admission professionals who represent colleges and universities outside the state of California. Members work closely with students and families of California while partnering with high school, community college and independent counselors throughout the state. They have dedicated the necessary resources for a regional office to serve Californians by providing information on educational opportunities out of state.
